Marché Bacchus Announces New Floating Dining Experience: Le Flottant

There are few things better than a table by the water. So we thought, why not take it a step further?

We’re excited to share plans for our newest concept, Marché Bacchus: Le Flottant, a floating dining experience set at the center of our lake. Designed as an extension of what guests already love about Marché, Le Flottant offers a more intimate way to enjoy the restaurant, just slightly removed from the shoreline.

The experience begins just in time for golden hour. Guests will board a private boat and take a leisurely lap around the lake, savoring the evening with a glass in hand as the sun sets over the water. It’s a quieter, more intentional start to dinner, one that sets the tone before you even reach your table.

From there, the boat will bring you out to Le Flottant. The space itself is designed as a glass-enclosed dining room, softly lit, with candlelit tables, and just enough separation to make it feel like its own world. Fully serviced and thoughtfully curated, it’s still very much Marché Bacchus, just experienced from a different perspective.

We’re currently in the early stages of planning, with an anticipated debut by Valentine’s Day next year. As with anything we do, the goal is to create something that feels special without losing the charm and familiarity that makes Marché what it is.
