$40 wristbands available at the door

Marche Bacchus is celebrating Bastille Day with an unforgettable evening by the lake, blending French tradition with a touch of Vegas flair.

Regular dining service will be available throughout the evening, but guests looking to elevate their experience can purchase a $40 wristband at the door. Wristbands grant access to three food stations, each inspired by the flavors of France and available while supplies last.

La Plancha
Flame-grilled French favorites prepared fresh over an open flame.

Paella en plein air
A vibrant saffron-infused rice dish with market vegetables and seafood, cooked live outdoors.

La Pâtisserie
A selection of classic French desserts, beautifully crafted by Director of Pastry Operations Chef Christophe Feyt.

To toast the occasion, guests will receive a welcome cocktail courtesy of Moët Hennessy, followed by a champagne toast and magnum sabering led by Chef Hubert Keller.

The evening’s entertainment includes:

• Live music by Aleksandar Damchevski from 5PM to 8PM
• DJ set by Chef Hubert Keller starting at 8:30PM
• Parachute landing over the lake between 7PM and 7:30PM
• Desserts available beginning at 5PM

One of the most anticipated moments of Bastille Day at Marche Bacchus is our iconic lakeside parachute landing — a tradition that’s been part of our celebration for nearly two decades. This year, we’re once again in the expert hands of Xtreme Aerial Media, led by some of the most experienced skydivers in the industry:

Jim Dolan
Owner of Xtreme Aerial Media and the heart of our Bastille Day jump for the past 18 years. With nearly 8,000 jumps under his belt, Jim is a PRO-RATED Tandem Instructor and Safety & Training Advisor for the United States Parachute Association. He’s been jumping for over 35 years across 38 states and 4 countries. Fun fact — Jim made his living as an elementary P.E. teacher in the Clark County School District and recently retired.

Brad Jessey
Owner of Skydive Mesquite with over 6,000 skydives, Brad started his skydiving career back in 1989. Like Jim, he holds a PRO-RATED Tandem Instructor certification and serves as a Safety & Training Advisor for USPA. Outside of skydiving, Brad works as a stunt coordinator for Hollywood, contributing to films such as Independence Day, Fallen Angel, and Con Air.

Brian Moler
With over 20,000 skydives, Brian brings over 35 years of experience to the team. He began his career at the North Las Vegas drop zone and has worked with every major skydiving operation in Southern Nevada. He is a PRO-RATED Tandem Instructor and currently works as an engineer for Bally’s.

Tommy Saffery
Affectionately known as the “Flying Hawaiian,” Tommy has been skydiving since 2016 and has completed over 2,800 jumps as a part-time Tandem Instructor with GoJump Las Vegas. When he’s not in the sky, you’ll find him serving as a Clark County Firefighter.

Collectively, this incredible team boasts over 37,000 jumps and 115 years of combined experience — ensuring our Bastille Day parachute landing is always “On Time & On Target.”

Whether you join us for dinner or stay for the full celebration, this year’s Bastille Day promises to be a vibrant evening of food, music, and lakeside magic.

It’s the French fête you didn’t know you needed — right here in Vegas.
