Heitz Cellar Wine Dinner

On Tuesday, September 24 at 6:00 PM, we’re hosting a special wine dinner highlighting the renowned wines of Heitz Cellar paired with a chef-crafted four-course menu.

Guests will enjoy: Smoked Salmon Beignets with Villa Sandi Prosecco Crayfish Vol au Vent with Quartz Creek Vineyard Chardonnay 2021 Roasted Pork Belly with Heitz Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 Braised Flat Iron au Poivre with Martha’s Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 Pecan Vanilla Cake with poached pear and Heitz Lot C-91 Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 Pricing: $110 per guest when reserved before September 21 $130 per guest after September 21 Seating is limited for this one-night event.
